Student Checklist Please use this checklist before submitting to ensure that ALL required parts are submitted. Acquisition: new deck (3 decks per course) Fluency: previously mastered decks: met 14 accel Accel: correct Decel: incorrect Timing: the 30-second timing ran. 5 acquisition timing PER day for at least 5 days and enter thebestdata point. Starting in week 3 pack 2 o3 fluency timings PER day for at least5 daysand enter thebestdata point NOTE: the number of timings is the minimum. Students can increase their timings as an intervention change Data Point=the last timing data point for the day. 5 acquisition data points 5 fluency data points(starting in week 3 for 620 and every week after for ALL courses) Condition Lines Slice (blue line) for any deck or class change Intervention (red) for when an intervention change is made Annotation (dashed) do not use UNLESS a confounding variable Graphs Required ObjectCheck if in assignment Precision X Acquisition Deck graph (including figures to the right) 5 data points Appropriate Condition lines Precision x Acquisition Deck "Raw Data" (select "show timeline under Precision X graph) Acquisition deck: CR Institute App Deck report graph Acquisition deck: CR Institute App Deck report results data STARTING IN WEEK 3Fluency Deck: CR Institute Deck report graph 5 data points (starting week 3) Fluency Deck: CR Institute Application Deck report data *Only time a student will not have 5 data points for both acquisition and fluency decks is if the AIM was not meet by the end of the deck, so the student stayed on the deck until AIM was met. Must have instructor approval.
Data Analysis Required ObjectCheck if in assignment Acquisition Accel 2 features (trend, level, variability) Acquisition Decel 2 features (trend, level, variability) Acquisition Discussion Is AIM Projected to be met by end of the deck Analysis of how many cards were skipped Starting in week 3 Fluency Accel 2 features (trend, level, variability) Is AIM being maintained (14) Starting in week 3 Fluency Decel 2 features (trend, level, variability) Example: Acquisition accel is present with an upward trend and moderate variability. The variability is hypothesized to be related to me checking the answers on the back before moving to the next card. A proposed revision will be stated below. Acquisition decel is present at a low level with a zero trend at 2 decel cards per data point across the week. Study Method and Adjustments Antecedent (do not have to use this term, but what happens before your timing) Required ItemCheck if in Assignment Weekly goal Reinforcement plan (can be intrinsic) Study duration and procedures (time of day, location, etc.) *Behavior Analytic Principles (if applicable) environmental arrangements, auditory recording, stimulus prompt fading, looking at previous data Can you hand this procedure to anyone and they will study the same way as you? Behavior(this is what your timings look like). This could be the same every week and never change and that is okay. Once you get it right, it is right!
Week 1 On day 1 of a run day, I run one baseline 30-second timing and enter that data point in Precision X. On days 2 through 5, I run five 30-second timings and enter the best data point from CR Institute into Precision X. Required ItemCheck if in Assignment No Variability/Meeting AIM State no proposed changes (can make a change if desired) Moderate-High Variability in Accel/Decel REQUIRED:Clear change in procedure proposed Not meeting AIM for acquisition or maintaining for fluency REQUIRED:Clear change in procedure proposed NOTE: if a change is required, it must be outlined for full credit. The procedure for the following week will be updated to include an intervention condition line and change in procedures in the antecedent section Week 3 and Week 6 On day 1 of a run day, I run one baseline 30-second timing and enter that data point in Precision X. On days 2 through 5, I run five 30-second timings and enter the best data point from CR Institute into Precision X. For my fluency deck, I run three 30-second timings and review the fluency deck report graph. Every Other Week (Week 2, 4, 5, 7, 8) Five days per week, I run five 30-second timings and enter the best data point from CR Institute into Precision X. For my fluency deck, I run three 30-second timings and review the fluency deck report graph. Consequence Required ItemCheck if in Assignment Data entry either right after last timing, or by end of day what are you looking for in the data to know if a change is needed? Can make a mid-week change as well. Reinforcement/weekly goal: was this met? Study duration and procedures (time of day, location, etc.) Decel Cards (this is where your intervention lies!) If any decel, how do you respond? Study longer? Use stimulus fading? Collect data on decel cards?
