The program that is in Washington State that is currently used with juveniles that aims to handle or
prevent crimes in the population or to rehabilitate the youth. Crimes that are related to drugs,
addictions, sex abuse, cyber-crimes, mental illness, and disabilities. Washington state Department of
Children, Youth, and families. At DCYF rehabilitation helps Washington states high risk youth. Many
youth that come through DCFY have committed low to high serious crimes. In Washington state it is the
