Module I video
Definition of a Function
Learning Objectives
1. Use precise mathematical language to def
ine functions, domains, and ranges
2. Given mappings from one set to another, differentiate whether or not the mapping is a function
3. Find the domains of algebraically def
ined functions
Define
A function I a relation in which each input value maps to exactly one output value.
The set of input values is called the domain.
The set of output values is called the range
