3 Annotated Bibliography Introduction Throughout the years, the literature on organizational behavior has paid growing attention to the notion of psychological contracts. This term is used to describe the unspoken agreements that workers and employers come to have about the nature of their working relationship. Studies show that favorable attitudes and behaviors among workers, such job satisfaction and organizational commitment, may be sustained via the implementation of psychological contracts between employers and workers. The purpose of this annotated bibliography is to present a synopsis of studies that examine the connection between psychological contracts, satisfaction on the work, and dedication to the business. This bibliography includes only papers that were carefully chosen for their relevance to the issue at hand and for their ability to shed light on the processes through which psychological contracts influence employee attitudes and actions. This annotated bibliography seeks to shed light on the significance of psychological contract fulfillment in boosting employee work satisfaction and organizational commitment by evaluating the most recent research on the issue. Effect of Psychological Contract Fulfillment, Employee's Job Satisfaction on Organizational Performance: Evidence from Ghana. International Journal of Business and Management, 14(12). 10.5539/ijbm.v14n12p32 In a research conducted in Ghana by Suleman, Xiuli, and Ali (2019), the authors investigated the relationship between an employee's level of fulfillment with their psychological contract and the degree to which they are satisfied with their employment. In order to collect information from 220 Ghanaian employees working at a variety of businesses, the researchers used a questionnaire. The results reveal that when workers' psychological contracts are honored, it increases both their feeling of achievement on the task and their devotion to the company. Both of these things have a good influence on the firm's bottom line, therefore ensuring that employees' psychological contracts are met is beneficial for the bottom line of a corporation.
