Investigate fundamentals of leadership
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge
required to identify the attributes of effective leaders and the impact
leaders may have on others.
The unit of competency is applied by individuals to increase their

styles, effectiveness and ineffectiveness. It is a basis for understanding
