Occasion 1 Occasion 2 How will you communicate the outcomes? Had a meeting to inform her about the improved communication skills. Get feedback on your management and leadership skills regarding workplace management. Met with the Learning and Development Officer and explained the feedback from HR Support Officer. Got her feedback on which she expressed her disappointment that she was never asked for her side of the story which had led to the unethical conduct and continued raised eyebrows.
