Every team goes through a five-step evolution. Consider a team you are a part of or have been a part of at work. What stage is the team currently in? Why do you say the team is in this stage? Give specifics examples. Being an aviation mechanic, my team was already established before my joining. I would say my own individual evolution would be in the storming phase. I am always offering to help, suggesting ideas, and giving extra effort to be accepted by my peers. One example of this is after I am done with my assigned work, I walk around to my coworkers and ask if i can help with anything they are doing. They offer something for me to do and if I don't know how to do it, I seek training or instruction from a trainer or my coworker. Another example is at the beginning of my shift, I volunteer for large tasks that need to be completed or that others are hesitant to volunteer for. I do feel I am beginning to transition into the norming phase by becoming more fluent with how I work and work with others.
