3 Executive Summary TELUS - The largest telecommunication company showing tremendous growth in the industry and provides a wide range of services such as the Internet, voice, videos, entertainment, healthcare, and IPTV television. The base of this company was in Edmonton, Alberta, before merging with BC telecommunication in 1999 in Vancouver, British Columbia. Many other companies are in the industry trying to compete, like Roger's communication and Bell Canada. The company differs from its competitors because of the organizational cultural structure and the strategies which the company follows. TELUS acquire the new changes in its business to be up to date with the changing environment. The services the company provides to the customer match the best possible standards. TELUS is known for the best services and reasonable customer satisfaction, but the organization is also recognized for reasonable job satisfaction and employee satisfaction among professionals.
