1. Introduction " Young people's rivalry in this environment is far greater than ever. Thus, the need for current employees are eligible graduates who prefer to take the advantage of the business in different positions as far back as possible (Martin, 2015). Thus, the bulk of students who start a company or operate in prestigious careers should also have the qualifications and skills they and employers require. We also recently played a role inside our Institute that I really took advantage of and gained a lot with this work because it offered me a strong chance to develop awareness and knowledge. People can recognize the amount of skills I have mentioned in my mission, which is important for everybody to be closer together. The explanation for this analysis and its completion through the forming of a team is eventually to be serious later in the showcase to understand the general sense of skills which the managers in Tashkent's associations mainly require. Right now, the following parts include explicit models, requirements and improvement of abilities, which depend on my closest observations into my current career and potential jobs. " 3
