DEPOSITS: THE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF THE DEPOSIT THAT'S REQUIRED IF THERE IS ANY ALONG WITH THE PURPOSE OF EACH DEPOSIT, AND THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OF DEPOSIT OR ANY ADJUSTMENT OF DEPOSIT AT THE END OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT. TERMS OF USE: THE PURPOSE AND ZONING OF THE PROPERTY PERTAINING TO HOW THE PROPERTY CAN BE USED AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONCERNING THE USE OF THE PROPERTY. UTILITIES: WHICH UTILITIES WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE RENT IF ANY, AND WHICH UTILITIES THE TENANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR. INSURANCE : WHETHER THE TENANT IS REQUIRED TO HAVE INSURANCE ON THE PROPERTY REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE: WHICH PARTY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PROPERTY - LESSOR OR TENANT. RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF A LANDLORD RIGHTS TO ENTER THE PROPERTY WITH THE CONSENT OF THE TENANT TO INSPECT MAKE REPAIRS MAKE ALTERATIONS MAKE IMPROVEMENTS TO ENTER WITHOUT CONSENT ONLY IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY SUCH AS A CHANGE IN WEATHER CONDITIONS THAT POSES DANGER TO THE PROPERTY. AT THE END OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT THE LANDLORD MAY APPLY ANY MONEY HELD AS A SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR DAMAGES TO THE PREMISES.
