Step Two: Define Target Audience My target audience is Atlanta citizens who are unaware of disability issues. I chose this audience because I believe that raising awareness and educating the public on disability rights is crucial in creating an inclusive and accessible city. Step Three: Research News Outlet I researched the Atlanta Voice, a local news outlet that covers issues related to the African American community in Atlanta. I believe they would be interested in covering disability rights as it is a social justice issue that disproportionately affects communities of color.
