1. I NTRODUCTION The Hotels Fanshawe Stakeholder Management Strategy has the objective of identifying and classification of key roles and persons that are essential for the fruition of the Business Intelligence System implementation. With this strategy document, everyone involved in the project would clearly be able to identify designated roles thereby avoiding conflict of who is responsible for different tasks that would come up. This register document would also help identify stakeholders' level of influence, interest, and points/roles for engagement. 2. I DENTIFY S TAKEHOLDERS Every staff of Hotels Fanshawe is considered a stake holder as they are directly or indirectly affected by the changes that the Business Intelligence system would introduce into the way things are done in the company. Generally, everyone involved in any capacity for dealings with Hotels Fanshawe is a stakeholder. These may include, but are not limited to the CEO, the hardware suppliers, software vendors and the customer, who would also be impacted by how their data would be captured, processed, and stored. 3. K EY S TAKEHOLDERS Several key stakeholders have been previously identified as defined in the Project Charter. However, the Project Manager will occasionally meet with the Steve Spencer (the CEO and Project sponsor) within the first four weeks of the project implementation, during which other needed stakeholder roles not previously listed, may be identified and included as stakeholders. This would as much as possible be avoided but is noted here in case of eventualities. Currently, identified stakeholders include: 1. Chief Executive Officer 2. Legal Unit 3. Head of Information Technology Systems 4. Human Resources Manager 5. Head of Procurement 6. Technical support staffs 7. Vendor Software Architect/Developers 8. Quality Assurance (QA) and Technical Test Analysts 9. Project Manager 3
