What is working well? What is not? According to the Council's overall communication and marketing strategy, all marketing campaigns should typically use a combination of advertising, editorial, digital, and social media, along with targeted community engagement activities as appropriate, i.e., one or more events must be held. Purpose What is the purpose for undertaking marketing communications? To encourage residents to refrain from using single-use plastic throughout the year as well as in July in order to increase awareness of the issues with it. Target audience Describe the audience you would like to reach with your marketing communications. Staff members should receive employee induction packets as well as procedures and policies regarding marketing.
