The roles of the people will be that of the chef, the owners and the marketing staff, which in this case will be three people who will represent these roles. The chef has a very minimalist and modern point of view, since being a professional on the subject he thinks that it is good to innovate for the clients, the owners base themselves on updating the menu to something more traditional that does not attract much attention and that I assured them that the customers will be happy and that the marketing staff have no idea about the menu but they do give excellent ideas regarding advertising strategies and that they will easily adapt to the menu they choose. The communication of the video is assertive, since what is sought with this is that the best decisions are made according to the menu.
